Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every piece from Moses Beau is handcrafted to order, made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we're not able to offer the same return policy as ready-made retailers — but we want you to feel confident and cared for from the moment you order.

Cancellations & Changes
You may cancel or change your order (size, metal, or design details) within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins, at no charge. Once your piece has entered production, we're unable to cancel the order, as materials have been committed and craftsmanship has begun.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is made to order in your chosen size and metal, we do not accept returns for reasons of preference once a piece has been crafted. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected], and we will repair, remake, or refund your piece at no cost to you.

Personalized & Engraved Pieces
Pieces with custom engraving, stones, or other personalization are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

We know these pieces carry more than metal and stone — they carry memory. If something isn't right, please reach out. We'll do everything we can to make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
